My journey with Chloe’s Gelato began at the intersection of my career as a Registered Pharmacist (RPh) and my role as a mother.

When my son was born with severe eczema, I saw firsthand how the modern food system—filled with dairy and high-sugar dietary triggers—failed those with sensitive metabolic needs.

So we took a different approach, a formulation-led approach

As a pharmacist, I knew I could do more than just manage symptoms — I could rethink how ingredients are used. I started Chloe’s Gelato to bridge the gap between clinical understanding and the joy of indulgence.

Today, we are not just a gelato brand, but a formulation-led food concept — rethinking how desserts are designed for modern dietary needs. Developed with a focus on ingredient balance and a more thoughtful approach to formulation.

About our lower sugar options

We do not use “no sugar added” claims where not appropriate. Instead, selected flavours are developed using alternative sweeteners and formulation techniques to achieve lower sugar profiles.

Ingredients we use

Some selected flavours include ingredients such as allulose, xylitol, and inulin as part of our formulation approach.

Digestion & tolerance

Products containing fibre and alternative sweeteners may affect individuals differently. We recommend enjoying in moderation, especially for those new to such ingredients.

Allergen awareness

While our products are dairy-free and egg-free, they are produced in environments that may handle nuts, gluten, and other allergens.

Halal certification

Our Halal certification is currently in progress as part of our commitment to wider accessibility.
