At Chloe’s Gelato, we are committed to delivering quality service and ensuring transparency in our operations. Below are the key policies for your convenience:

1. Return & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our products, which require cold chain handling, we regret to inform you that we cannot accommodate any returns or refunds. If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us immediately, and we will work to resolve the matter as best as we can.

2. Shipping Policy

  • Delivery Schedule:

    • For outstation areas and locations outside a 15 km radius from our dispatch location, we carefully pack and keep your gelato cold and ship it out every Monday and Thursday. You will receive your treats the following day, i.e., Tuesdays and Fridays.
    • For Klang Valley deliveries (within a 15 km radius), we use Grab or Lalamove services to ensure prompt delivery.
  • Delivery Areas:

    • We deliver to selected areas in Peninsular Malaysia, including:
      • Klang Valley (Kuala Lumpur, Selangor, and Putrajaya).
      • Other regions, subject to postcode availability.
    • You can check if your address is covered by referring to the list of postcodes available during checkout or contacting us directly.

3. Allergy Disclosure Policy

At Chloe’s Gelato, we prioritize transparency about ingredients to ensure customer safety. While we strive to minimize cross-contamination, our products are made in a facility that handles nuts, soy, and other allergens.

  • If you have specific dietary concerns or allergies, please contact us before placing your order for clarification on the ingredients.

4. Halal Statement

We are committed to providing products that align with Halal practices. While our gelato is made using 100% plant-based and Halal-friendly ingredients, our Halal certification is currently in process. We will update this policy once certification is complete.

5. Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement as long as the gelato has not been prepared for shipping.
  • Cancellations after this period will not be accepted due to the nature of cold chain logistics.

6. Product Quality Guarantee

We take pride in delivering high-quality, plant-based gelato. If you believe your order was damaged or defective upon delivery, please reach out to us with photos or proof within 24 hours of receiving your order so we can investigate the issue and assist you further.

7. Customer Data Protection

We value your privacy and ensure that your personal information is securely stored and used solely for the purpose of fulfilling your orders and improving our services.

8. Special Requests or Concerns

If you have any dietary concerns, special requests, or inquiries about allergens, please let us know before placing your order.
